At Hindustan Imports, we strive to ensure the highest quality for our spices and groceries; however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products unless they are found to be defective.

Return Process

    Email our support team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery, providing your order number and clear photographs of the items you wish to return.

    Return Authorization

    Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific return shipping address for our warehouse.

    Secure Packaging

    Pack the items securely in their original, unopened packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
